第48屆金鐘獎頒獎典禮預計11點結束，結果超時約20分鐘，歸因於表演節目太過冗長，其中由郭雪芙、小禎和李沛旭的《戲劇也瘋狂》，以及由許效舜、陽帆和董至成詮釋當年經典角色福州伯、陽婆婆和董月花，雖然梗夠好笑，但因為內容過長，失去趣味性。

根據《蘋果日報》報導，由郭雪芙、劉以豪、小禎和李沛旭表演的《戲劇也瘋狂》，結合鄉土劇、政論節目《關鍵時刻》設計不少笑梗，但因內容過長，該段表演長達10分鐘，成敗筆。同樣問題也出現在福州伯、陽婆婆和董月花身上，原本這段表演結合綜藝萬年老梗，吸睛度和趣味性高，但三人輪流PK耗時，反嫌拖戲，浪費了「笑」果。

頒獎典禮被認為整體冷場沒亮點，主持人胡瓜、歐漢聲表現平平，安心亞幾乎插不上話，成為秀身材的花瓶，另外舞台背景陽春，挨批土氣沒質感。
