有鑒於食品安全事件頻傳,高雄市政府率先成立「食品安全聯合稽查及取締小組」,由衛生局、經發局、教育局、農業局、海洋局、環保局、財政局及消保官等跨局處聯合稽查,如查有可疑情資並將通報予地檢署、調查局及警察局介入調查,強化食品安全稽查取締,全面打擊不法。
今年發生順丁烯二酸酐化製澱粉事件後,高雄市長陳菊即指示市府11個局處成立「食品安全專案小組」,前已召開3次專案小組會議,強化橫向溝通,執行各業別食品追蹤追溯流向管制。今(10/29)日召開第4次專案小組會議,宣誓於專案小組下設「食品安全聯合稽查及取締小組」,依工作範疇執行各項食品安全抽檢及衛生檢查、不法食品稽查及取締,並藉由專案小組會議加強資訊互通與緊密合作,俾澈底執行公權力,維護消費者飲食健康。
本次食用油品安全事件發生,各局處即第一時間依分工職掌同步啟動稽查。衛生局與市府消保官及經發局至油脂工廠稽查21家、通路商家數291家、餐飲業740家,下架數量5167件。
此外,衛生局已研擬提高黑心食品檢舉獎金自5%提高為20%,鼓勵食品業內部員工,勇於舉發不法,共同監督食品安全。市民若有任何食品問題,可逕至該網查詢或逕洽衛生局食品衛生科,食品安心專線0800-285-000。
