陳菊同意借出小鴨給桃園續展。

桃園黃色小鴨今天上午補充氣時爆掉，桃園縣長吳志揚表示，緊急連絡高雄市政府後，陳菊市長同意出借放在「桃園附近廠區」的小鴨，讓桃園縣地景廣場藝術節仍然有小鴨可以欣賞。小鴨借來後，要視天氣狀況，在許可的情況下才能充氣。

吳志揚除了再三感謝陳菊在參加會議中，抽空來電話表示同意出借相挺。吳志揚也指出今天凌晨約2點半、4點，他就接到通報，指出小鴨充氣的設備兩次斷電，可能是受到昨晚地震影響，凌晨因為黑夜且陣風達8級，不能立刻搶救，一直到今天上午5點，才開始充氣作業，技術人員可能是想很快讓遊客可以看到小鴨，才冒著風險在強風下充氣，結果充好80%，鴨頭都慢慢抬起來了，突然爆掉。

吳志揚說，會了解小鴨充氣過程缺失並檢討，不過眼前是趕快借來小鴨，並在天氣許可的情況下為小鴨充氣，不能再冒然充氣。
