車牌遺失用木板代替　異想天開被起訴

【蔡進男／基隆報導】異想天開！基隆市1名陳姓男子的自小貨車前面車牌遺失，陳男沒有去重新請領新車牌，竟直接用木板裁成車牌尺寸，用簽字筆畫上車號字樣，掛在車前使用，陳的51歲李姓姊夫，明知車牌是偽造的，還開著小貨車在社區內行駛，不巧的被警方當場攔查發現，警方說，遠遠乍看之下，還真的看不出異樣，但靠近仔細一瞧，即可輕易辯認出是偽造車牌，李姓男子被警方依偽造文書罪嫌，移送法辦，檢方偵結終結，向法官聲請簡易判決處刑；至於製作假車牌的陳姓男子，則由地檢署另行偵辦。
