第一份工作 所以還不太熟悉職場 公司在新北市內湖 月薪約3~4萬之間 週休二日 缺點: 無加班費 上班打卡制 下班責任制 無食費津貼 剛進去公司就每天加班 加班一半還要去上教育訓練課到很晚才回家 優點: 之後可能常出差 可以多去國外看看增廣視野 也常需要接觸大場面 優缺點大概這樣的情況沒有什麼特別的福利 大家覺得公司這樣的情況算好還是不好? 適合待嗎? 謝謝大家 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.248.168.126
