蕭敬騰潑糞案，警發通知傳「哲哥」

歌手蕭敬騰遭潑貓糞案，台北市警方1日通知曾姓、陳姓2名嫌犯到案偵詢後，確定綽號「哲哥」、「阿志」的28歲張姓男子是整起潑糞行動的關鍵人物，2日正式發出通知書，要求他到案說明。

張姓男子設籍新北市樹林區，平時混跡新莊、三重地區，與當地本省掛黑道勢力來往密切；警方認為張也是受人指使，但究竟是「黑幫老大」下命令，還是直接受託於幕後藏鏡人，要等他到案才能釐清。

警方表示，依正常程序會發兩次通知書給張姓男子，但如果檢察官指示，也可能直接到張藏身處所，「請」他到案說明。
