福懋油（1225）總經理許忠明說，本公司因生產銷售的油品有標示不實等情形，造成消費大眾疑慮及主管機關的困擾，本公司深表歉意，針對6罐標示不實的橄欖油，消費者可持發票、購票憑單及商品，不論商品已開封都可至原銷售點完成退費。若消費者僅有商品、無發票或憑證，亦可在台北分公司或台中工廠進行退費，全省的銷售據點都可接受退換貨品，任何有關退貨品疑慮，可打02-2507-3121分機345，輔助消費者完成退換貨。
