標題[請問] 我的筆記本被軟體綁架了

大家好 小弟長期以來有在使用「有道辭典」軟體 一直以來都相安無事，但在本次更新過後，任何我開啟的記事本檔案 通通變成該公司的「有道雲筆記」檔案，這種綁架方式真是前所未見 請問我要怎樣回復成微軟預設的記事本? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 111.242.68.101
