經銷商跨海向大統求償　縣府：依法處理

【鄧惠珍／彰化報導】針對中國經銷商或中國消費者跨海向大統長基公司，請求民事的庫存、商譽、退貨等賠償，彰化縣政府法制處簡金晃說，消費者部分，只要向縣府申訴的都會受理，不會分本國人或是外國人。

簡金晃說，至於廠商對廠商的部份，最好還是先依循台灣民法規定，先取得執行名義後，再依法向大統長基公司求償。
