挖出密室 確認劉政池陽明山別墅竊占1300坪國有地

苗栗縣長劉政鴻的弟弟劉政池，因為他位於陽明山的別墅遭到檢舉侵占國有土地，士林地檢署今天前往這處別墅搜索，並出動挖土機挖出了由貨櫃組成的大密室，檢方確認，劉政池竊占的國有地，包括地下和地下共有1300多坪。

劉政池被檢舉，民國八十年買了陽明山泉源路上的工業用地，申請興建溫泉別墅七七行館，但涉嫌在國有地上做景觀草皮，私設噴水孔，甚至疑有地道密室，士林地檢署在接獲案件之後，十四號動員上百人搜索，同時傳喚劉政池等人到案說明。

檢調也特別出動挖土機執行任務，果真在地下挖出了密室，密室是由貨櫃組成，以鐵柱支撐，但沒有擺放任何物品。士林地檢署襄閱主任檢察官蘇佩鈺表示，經過一整天的調查，初步確認劉政池侵占國有地達一千三百多坪。「後來開挖的結果，地上有四千多平方公尺，地下也有六百多平方公尺。」

目前有關密室的用途，檢調還要再釐清。至於，有沒有公務員涉及不法，檢調也要深入追查。
