販售未上市股票 涉吸金上億元

舒姓夫妻檔在新北市板橋區成立聚亨理財資訊中心，僱用二度就業民眾，擔任電話叩客，以販售未上市科技公司股票名義，涉嫌違法吸金。

新北市刑大偵三隊今天（14日）會同海山警分局，由新北地檢署檢察官帶隊搜索，逮捕舒姓（46歲）主嫌、林姓（45歲）妻子及員工共18人。

警方查扣筆記型電腦、電話、教戰守則、客戶資料等證物，目前仍在偵訊。警方表示，依據查扣的客戶資料，受害民眾遍及全省，多達600多人，違法吸金達1億餘元。
