資深藝人楊忠民 討扶養費敗訴

中風多年的資深藝人楊忠民，提出給付扶養費訴訟，要求3段婚姻中所生的4名子女，每人每月給他5000元。法官審理後，認為老么沒扶養能力；另3名子女年幼時，楊忠民都未盡扶養義務，判他不能要子女給付扶養費。

楊忠民20年前中風，從此息影，目前還患有帕金森氏症，已沒有自理生活能力。和他離婚10多年的第四任妻子小蘭，因同情他而回家照顧他，小蘭昨說：「既然法院這樣判決，我們尊重。」

68歲的楊忠民，除了和小蘭生的么女，和前面4個孩子幾乎沒有往來。他早年曾在華視正宗「保鑣」連續劇飾演「歐陽無敵」，演戲唱歌、能言善道，曾是頗受歡迎的秀場名嘴。

楊提訟表示重病沒有財產，每月仰賴3000元殘障津貼度日，已不能維持基本生活；不過，法官認為，楊未盡扶養子女的義務，3子女請求免除扶養義務，符合法律規定，因此判楊敗訴。
