全代會外鞭炮傷人 警傳喚調查

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中15日電）908台灣國總部執行長周崇德日前在國民黨全代會場外施放沖天炮疑傷人，台中市警方今天傳喚調查，大批民眾到場聲援抗議。

中國國民黨10日在台中市台中港區體育館舉行第19次全國代表大會，908台灣國等公民團體在場外丟鞋抗議，908台灣國運動總部執行長周崇德施放鞭炮，疑傷及1名女憲兵。

台中市清水警分局傳喚周崇德今天到分局調查，周崇德今天上午由律師柯劭臻陪同到場，908台灣國約百名成員到場聲援表示，當天是成員集體行為，他們要主動投案，並在分局外聲援抗議。

周崇德表示，他當天向天空方向施放鞭炮，鞭炮是合法買的，他質疑現場丟鞋子沒問題，為何不能放鞭炮，警方指他放鞭炮傷到1名女憲兵，是國民黨故意羅織罪名。他表示，警方調他前來說明，令他憤慨。

律師柯劭臻則指稱，周崇德施放鞭炮並未妨害公務，將追究濫權濫訴。

周崇德由律師陪同進入清水警分局接受警方調查，聲援民眾則在分局外抗議，直到近午仍未結束。1021115
