氣溫驟降　心房顫動患者中風逾2成
（健康醫療網／郭庚儒報導）東北季風影響，氣溫驟降，日夜溫差也大；根據國外最新研究指出，秋冬溫差大，有超過2成的心房顫動患者發生中風。振興醫院神經內科中風中心主任尹居浩提醒心房顫動患者，秋冬及低溫時，容易發生急性缺血性中風，要特別注意衣物保暖。

今年6月公布的國人十大死因中，腦中風位居第三位，而腦中風患者每6人中，就有1人因心房顫動所引起，約每5小時就有1人因心房顫動引發中風。

尹居浩表示，心房顫動患者的心跳數較正常人高出許多，導致心房無法正常收縮，當血液在心房內流速減緩或滯留容易形成血栓，血栓剝落後順著血流達到腦部，就會造成血管阻塞，引發缺血性腦中風。

尹居浩建議有心房顫動等病史的民眾，應多了解自身中風風險評估指標，秋冬時也要做好衣物保暖，以免心房顫動引發中風。
