涉侵占鑽石 廣告人葉兩傳被起訴

廣告人葉兩傳被控涉嫌跟同居女友侵吞比利時外商公司的二十七顆鑽石，市價高達上億新台幣，檢方偵辦後今天偵查終結。台北地檢署襄閱主任檢察官黃謀信表示，檢方今天將兩人以侵占罪嫌起訴。

開喜婆婆廣告是葉兩傳的知名作品，近來則跨足時尚產業，但他跟女友卻被指控，去年下半年以辦展名義向比利時某外商公司商借七十顆鑽石，事後有二十七顆不還。外商公司跨海提告，檢調日前約談葉兩傳，他堅稱是雙方間的商業糾紛，他有權處置鑽石，而且鑽石已經變賣，但檢方偵辦後今天仍將他跟女友依法提起公訴。
