管線僅埋5公分　交通要道恐塌陷

【李定宇╱新北報導】新北市三重捷運先嗇宮站日前完工通車，但自來水公司配合捷運工程做管線遷移，竟將管徑30公分水管僅埋5公分深，而規定的須深埋120公分，居民擔憂淺埋恐導致爆管、甚至路面塌陷，怒向議員投訴，議員昨邀集相關單位會勘發現狀況仍存，痛罵：「未依規定施作，簡直把新北市當成二等公民！」新北養工處昨表示，若調查屬實將對自來水公司開罰最高15萬元。
