瘋狗浪奪8命 家屬將提國賠

新北市貢寮區龍洞步道瘋狗浪事件，造成8名罹難意外，昨在板橋殯儀館舉行公祭，罹難者家屬發表聯合聲明，抨擊有關單位未確保公共設施管理安全的義務，已委請律師將提出國賠申請。

罹難者家屬指出，事發當日，他們的家人走的是政府規畫建造、開放的步道，竟仍遭瘋狗浪襲擊，導致摯愛的家人集體喪生。他們表示，當地的瘋狗浪並非偶發性，每年屢有不幸事件發生，更為有關單位所知悉，但政府對此問題竟未進行必要的安全管理措施，任憑每個走在步道上的人，都必須自行承擔遭遇瘋狗浪襲擊的危險。

聲明書中說，無法認同政府以「天災」作為卸責理由，家屬要求相關主管機關以及主管人員必須負起應負的法律責任，希望藉此喚起政府正視並認真執行維護人民安全的義務。
