公車無輪椅固定器　婦骨折「不敢搭了」

【方翊倩／綜合報導】台北市境內可搭載輪椅族的低地板公車，依北市公共運輸處「車輛安全檢測基準」規範，2010年8月後出廠者須裝設輪椅固定器，但仍有626輛無輪椅固定器，近日就有身障人士搭車時因此衍生骨折意外。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，一名86歲中度身障李姓老婦人說，10月底坐輪椅搭乘中興巴士311路公車，黃姓司機協助以安全帶纏繞在她身上，卻未固定輪椅，行經仁愛路公車專用道時，司機突然緊急煞車，輪椅向前滑動，她則被安全帶勒緊致肋骨巨痛，經診斷發現右胸壁挫傷且肋骨骨折，接下來一個月呼吸、咳嗽都劇烈疼痛，她直呼：「再也不敢搭公車了。」

對此，中興巴士公司表示，因該輛車出廠時法規未要求裝設輪椅固定器，另查司機因前車臨時停車才急煞車，乘客受傷原因還待釐清，但願表達歉意。  

李姓老婦人坐輪椅搭乘中興巴士311路低地板公車，因駕駛急煞車受傷就醫，經診斷有挫傷及肋骨骨折。
