中國設防空識別區　馬英九籲各國：儘快與中雙邊會商

【陳郁仁／台北報導】中國在上月23日宣布設立東海防空識別區，事隔1周後，總統馬英九終於對此表示意見。馬總統今早出席「開羅宣言70周年國際學術研討會」，致詞時特別提到，中國在上月底設立東海防空識別區，使得美、日、韓和我國高度關切，區域緊張情勢升高，且中國在設立防空識別區前，沒有跟我方進行諮商，我國將透過管道向大陸當局表達我方嚴正立場。馬也強調，我國民航當局為了維護飛航安全，願意將飛經東海相關區域的本國和外國民航資訊，向該區域代轉。

馬總統表示，中國公佈防空識別區後，我國先後兩次發表聲明表達主張，重申我國對釣魚台列嶼享有主權，我國空軍在我國防空識別區內進行的演習和訓練，也會照常進行。馬也重申《東海和平倡議》，「英九在此再次鄭重呼籲，相關各方避免在東海採取會升高緊張情勢的行動，儘快與中國大陸展開雙邊會商，恢復東海是和平與合作之海本來的面貌。」
