對的洗髮精可以呵護頭皮

頭皮冒痘痘確實是因為油脂分泌過剩,但頭皮屑不是
它是因為外在的刺激(像是天氣太熱,戴安全帽戴太久等等)
而造成頭皮的角質層異常脫落,這就是頭皮屑
兩種形成的方式不一樣,卻用同一種洗髮精,情況當然會越來越嚴重囉!
建議這個時候,換針對頭皮保養的洗髮精,而且成份要天然一點
才比較能夠改善狀況喔~
像是我自己在用的雪瑞爾,用起來就還蠻不錯的
頭皮很清爽,也不太容易出油,或是癢癢的,相對的,地板的頭髮也就沒有這麼多了喔~
