標題[閒聊] 美國Kiehl's官網退貨

感恩節趁有優惠在官網買了一些Kiehl's的產品 因為買的產品都是以前在台灣有用過的..所以很放心不加思索的就買了 但是其中的小黃瓜化妝水卻讓我過敏了 （以前用過都沒事） 打電話去問退貨 但客服卻說要自己付運費$7 也不能拿去店面退..因為他們強調要退到原本購買的地方 這瓶化妝水打折算下來我也才付了$11 （250 ml） 七塊的運費根本就很划不來壓.... 去網上查了一下也有很多人抱怨官網買只能寄回卻要付運費的事 想提醒在美國的大家如果有想要買Kiehl's盡量還是在店面買 免得想退貨還要自己掏腰包.... 另外沒有人在美國芝加哥地區想要免費的小黃瓜化妝水壓？？ 250ml 只開封用過一次優～想要的可以站內信^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 98.215.6.16
