【蔡進男／基隆報導】基隆市47歲賴姓男子，因竊盜案在基隆監獄服刑，賴男不思悔改，竟趁江姓雜役不注意時，偷取他放在桌腳旁2根香菸；此外，賴男又因小事，與黃姓獄友大打出手，造成傷勢嚴重，全案審結。法官認為賴男惡行不改，判處竊盜罪5月，傷害罪6月，合併執行9月有期徒刑，易科罰金27萬元，可上訴。
