日月光排放廢水案　副總林顯堂到案說明

日月光公司K7廠涉嫌排放廢水案，繼廠長蘇炳碩於14日凌晨遭裁定羈押後，檢方也傳喚更高層，副總林顯堂於中午12時30分左右到案應訊，檢方立即對其展開偵訊。 高雄地檢署於13日傳喚日月光K7廠廠長蘇炳碩、廢水組主任蔡奇勳及顏姓經理等人到案，在庭訊結束後，於14日凌晨裁定蘇炳碩羈押。而日月光副總林顯堂14日也在律師陪同下到到案說明。

據了解，林顯堂到案後，檢方立即展開偵訊，欲釐清林顯堂對於排放廢水一事是否知情且授意，並清查其是否涉及其他不法情事，目前檢方正開庭偵訊中，預計晚上會有結果。
