日月明功三師列被告 教評會決議停聘

台中清水高中輔導主任蔡淑芳、輔導老師詹素珠、以及護理老師林曉年，在「日月明功」涉嫌集體虐殺詹姓高中生案，因為作偽證被列為被告，清水高中召開教評會，11名委員當中、超過三分之二贊成停聘，秘書王勝民說，教評會決議3人即日起停聘。（張文祿報導）

清水高中輔導主任蔡淑芳、輔導老師詹素珠、以及護理老師林曉年都加入日月明功，在詹姓高中生疑似遭到日月明功集體虐殺案，涉嫌作偽證，三人列為被告，而清水高中十六號召開教評會，有11名委員出席、超過三分之二贊成停聘，秘書王勝民表示，教評會決議依教師法即日起停聘。

這三人停聘後，不能到學校上課，但是保有教師資格，等司法調查告一段落，學校再召開教評會，討論是否解聘、不續聘或回聘。

蔡淑芳、詹素珠、以及林曉年都出席教評會，輪流陳述，三人都戴口罩。至於三人是在檢方訊問時，未說實話，檢方認為三人作偽證，列為被告。
