創作歌手羅文裕日前拍攝新歌《全世界的孤單》ＭＶ，卻發生臨演差點走人開天窗的小插曲。原來該名演員是五月天粉絲，一開始也以為是拍五月天ＭＶ，才答應到場。最後發現是誤會一場，他本想走人，卻在過程中聽到歌曲動聽，才決定留下來。

羅文裕1999年以美聲團體「Y.I.Y.O.」出道，解散後羅文裕轉往幕後發展。距離上次在台拍MV時隔7年之久，這回公司請到電影《十七歲的天空》導演陳映蓉操刀，並由《十二夜》攝影師周宜賢掌。現場吸引不少路人圍觀駐足，甚至有人將羅文裕誤認成混血帥哥倪安東，他笑說：「不排斥被誤認成混血帥哥啦！」
