立院三讀《私校法》　私校可承租私人土地

【林修卉╱台北報導】立法院今三讀通過《私立學校法》第36條條文修正案，提案立委陳淑慧表示，過去私校只能承租國有土地，現在放寬也能租用私人土地作為校舍使用，但為了學校穩定經營，規範租約時間也從原本的20年，延長為至少30年。

陳淑慧說，開放私校可租用私人土地後，為防止學校高價承租董事的土地，造成圖利，未來私人土地的價格應比照承租公有土地價格，而現行法規為公告地價的5%。

另外，院會也通過附帶決議，學校租用私人土地者，應本於學校永續經營的精神，其租用私人土地面積應有一定比例限制，以保障學生受教權及學校經營的穩定，其配套及修訂相關限制事項，由學校主管機關定之。
