歲末記者會　歐巴馬認搞砸

【簡竹君╱綜合外電報導】「既然是我當家，很明顯我們搞砸了！」美國總統歐巴馬（Barack Obama）20日於白宮歲末記者會，承認飽受批評的健保網站是他今年最大挫敗。

對於國安局（NSA）監控問題，他承諾檢討，下個月會提出修正。雖然支持度掉到上任5年來新低，他否認這是執政以來最糟的一年，還將明年訂為「行動年」，保證有所突破。

歐巴馬說會檢討NSA大規模蒐集民眾通話紀錄，進行改革以重建信任，但也強調監控不可廢：「我們不能解除武裝。」
