俄釋放前大亨 德：對話好基礎

德國外交部長史坦麥爾在週日報紙刊出的訪談中表示，俄羅斯釋放前石油大亨霍多科夫斯基（Mikhail Khodorkovsky），提供與莫斯科當局討論人權議題的良好基礎。

史坦麥爾（Frank-Walter Steinmeier）告訴週日「每日鏡報」（Tagesspiegel），不論動機為何，莫斯科當局最近幾天做出若干令人樂見決定。

根據預先發布的訪談內容摘要，史坦麥爾除指出入獄逾10年的霍多科夫斯基於20日獲釋外，還提及俄羅斯國會下院通過特赦法案。

史坦麥爾又說：「兩者都邁向正確方向，那是進一步討論的還不錯基礎，我們希望進行討論的，就是現代化和法治領域。」

克里姆林宮的批評者霍多科夫斯基於20日獲釋後，旋即搭機飛抵德國柏林。
