台北地院審黃世銘洩密案 傳江揆作證

台北地院今天下午將開庭審理檢察總長黃世銘被控洩密案，並傳喚行政院長江宜樺到庭作證。

合議庭預定，明年將依序傳喚特偵組組長楊榮宗、特偵組檢察官鄭深元、檢察事務官何其非、書記官王朝枝作證。全案從明年1月起每週密集開庭審理，速審速結，有望在黃世銘明年4月任期屆滿前宣判。

檢察總長有任期保障制，黃世銘將在明年4月任期屆滿。黃世銘表示，如果遭監察院彈劾或法院一審認定有罪就請辭。
