北韓設官方機構 吸引海外僑胞投資

韓聯社報導，北韓政府已設立「海外同胞經濟合作辦事處」，訂明年1月正式營運，目標是促進僑胞對這個共產主義國家的投資。

海外同胞經濟合作辦事處負責人樸京進（音譯）29日接受親北韓網站「民族通信」時說，該辦事處於8月成立，主旨是向旅外僑胞投資本國提供支持與指引，也是重建北韓經濟的努力之一。

樸京進說：「愈來愈多海外僑胞到訪北韓，討論投資事宜。我們設置此機構以專門處理相關事務。」他表示，辦事處將建議潛在投資人先著眼於營建與輕工業，而非需大量資本的資源開發計畫。

這則訪問也透露出，在北韓領導人金正恩日前處決其姑丈張成澤、掀起平壤政局不穩的疑慮後，北韓政府正試圖向外界展示其經濟政策並未改變。
