請教我玉米濃湯作法??

所以你如果夠勤勞, 我的做法:

材料:
奶油, 麵粉, 牛奶, 玉米罐頭, 雞湯罐頭, 蛋, 火腿或熱狗..如果想加菜也可以.

作法: 小火熱奶油,加入麵粉成稠狀. 關火調入牛奶盡量拌勻. 開中火加熱, 開始出現結塊的時候加入雞湯. 確定塊狀消失後可加入玉米罐頭. 等滾後加入火腿跟菜. 我通常會在改中火滾20-30分. 起鍋前調味, 打蛋花即可.
