【郭寶懃／台北報導】英業達集團會長葉國一因涉嫌透過人頭戶低價收購士林官邸專案住宅炒房，後與檢方達成協議以捐贈方式歸還北市府22戶換得緩起訴，今日台北市財政局公告標售其中20戶，標售總價為3300~4500萬元，每坪底價73.5~78.2萬元，預計1月17開標。

士林官邸專案住宅位於福林路100巷77弄士林官邸社區內，室內坪數34~43坪，規劃3~4房的格局，總價最高為4500萬元，當地住戶指出，該價位似乎太高，是一兩年前購入價位的兩倍以上，原本想再買一戶，但現會多考慮。

台北市財政局副局長張治祥指出，該價位是由三家估價單位所核定，應該是符合市場的價位，未來不會有議價的空間。
