葉倫看好美國經濟　QE「不為幫助有錢人」

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】葉倫（Janet Yellen）將在2月1日宣誓就任美國聯邦備理事會（Federal Reserve，Fed，聯準會）第15任主席。在任命案獲得美國參議院通過後的首度專訪中，她對《時代》雜誌強調，今年美國經濟成長力道將更加強勁。

葉倫作為全球最大經濟體美國的首位央行女當家，《時代》雜誌因此將她喻為「身家16兆美元女性」，因為她所執掌的Fed未來政策動向，勢將牽引美國這個經濟產值達16兆美元（484兆元台幣）的國家。

葉倫在專訪中表示，她的首要工作就是降低失業率，在看好美國經濟成長率將達3%的情況下，她樂觀預估，隨著經濟成長動能增強，未來將有更多工作機會，通膨率也將向Fed的2%較長期目標邁進。

不過對於外界指稱，Fed的QE（ Quantitative Easing，量化寬鬆）措施形同印鈔「幫助有錢人」，葉倫則是鄭重否認，她表示，Fed的政策旨在拉低長期利率，藉由刺激開支來支撐美國經濟復甦，而且刺激政策的部分作用，透過了推高房價與股價，促使擁有住宅與股票的民眾更樂於花錢，進而推動經濟成長，創造就業，並進一步帶動民眾收入增加。
