日月明功案偵結 陳巧明8人起訴

高中生詹淳寓疑似遭集體凌虐致死案，震驚社會，彰化地檢署今天偵查終結，將羈押中的「日月明功」負責人陳巧明、詹母黃芬雀、劉享易、許愛珍、吳仁甫、林甫朋、尤威評，以及先前被交保的成員王昱翔等8名被告，全部依傷害致死罪嫌提起公訴。

至於先前以偽證罪嫌交保的「日月明功」十多位成員則被列為第二波起訴名單。
