日月明功靈修虐殺案　黃芬雀責付其女帶回

「日月明功」靈修虐殺案，10日彰化地院對日月明功創教主陳巧明和其門徒許愛珍、劉享易、林甫朋、吳仁甫、尤威評、王昱翔及詹姓男高中生母親黃芬雀等8人召開接押庭，除稍早吳仁甫、林甫朋以20萬交保並限制住居與出境，稍後黃芬雀也被法官責付其女帶回。

詹淳寓的姐姐表示，最欣慰的是媽媽回來了，對於記者提問是否原諒媽媽？她表示還是一家人，同時要求法官給其他虐殺弟弟的人給予最重量刑。

黃芬雀之前進法庭時，一路以起訴書掩面並低頭啜泣，還差點哭倒在法警肩上，面容流淚，不發一語。日月明功創教主陳巧明則高聲向外界喊冤意圖卸責，強調是黃芬雀要求他們隱滿真相，並表示大家很疼愛死者詹姓學生，對不起一干朋友被牽連。
