標題[請益] 研替offer選擇(光寶 緯創)

各位大大好 小弟國立科大今年研替面試最後有得到光寶和緯創的offer 想問問版上各位前輩的意見 公司 光寶 緯創 地點 中和 汐止 職務 產品設計工程師(RD) 硬體工程師 部門 ALS SBU(LED照明) 工業電腦 & 筆電 薪資 N*14+分紅 (N-3)*14+分紅 工時 12hr(? 8~10hr(? 住宿 租屋 租屋 -------------------------------------------------------------------------- 光寶LED部門板上文章很少不曉得實際工時跟福利,希望有版友能分享內部的實際狀況 緯創個人比較傾向工業電腦部門,當初面試有時間限制跟主管取得資訊比較少, 主管說這部門是賺錢的薪資有18個月或是更多(?),也想詢問這部門能6點準時下班嗎? 是否會常加班? 這兩個職缺性質不同對未來的出路哪個較好?希望各位大大不吝嗇分享意見,站內信也可 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.162.51.218
