洪仲丘虐死案　法院3月7日宣判管理士涉案刑責

陸軍542旅義務役下士洪仲丘遭虐死案件，14日桃園地方法院完成管理士陳毅勳等人涉「凌虐部屬致死罪」部分言詞辯論，定於3月7日宣判。

桃園地方法院今天召開合議庭，傳喚前269旅管理士陳毅動等10名禁閉室人員出庭說明，並進行交叉詰問與意見陳述，據報導，陳毅勳表示，他與洪仲丘並沒有過節，當初也沒有接獲有人特別指示，要特別照顧洪仲丘，一切都按照既定的課表。

法院已完成管理士涉「凌虐部屬致死罪」部分言詞辯論，定於3月7日宣判。
