跨國合作 破獲菲國戀童集團

菲律賓、英國與澳洲警方今天(16日)表示，一項多國合作計畫破獲大型戀童集團，逮捕了數十名嫌犯；警方表示，該集團專門透過網路直播性侵菲律賓孩童的畫面。

英國打擊犯罪調查局(National Crime Agency)表示，這項計畫名叫「奮進行動」(Operation Endeavour)，調查橫跨12國，這次共逮捕29人，其中有11名菲律賓人，而目前仍有3項調查進行中，已鎖定了733名嫌犯。

該單位亦表示，警方這次共救出15名6至15歲的受害兒童。

菲律賓反網路犯罪單位主管索沙督察(Gilbert Sosa)表示，「網路直播性侵兒童畫面在菲律賓是重大問題，有時候就連父母也有涉案」，他並指出，許多家境赤貧的青少年常被迫從事性工作。

英國犯罪防治單位表示，「奮進行動」開始於2012年，當時是在1名戀童癖的電腦中發現許多兒童色情影片，因而追蹤到此戀童集團。

該單位發表聲明指出，「家境赤貧、高速網路普遍，以及財力雄厚的海外客戶眾多，使得犯罪集團透過剝削兒童來大撈一筆」。

由於目前仍有3項調查在進行中，鎖定了733名嫌犯，其中139名在英國，因此警方並未透露太多細節，以免影響調查結果。
