標題[請益] 稽核單位的小小新人

大家好~ 我是最近剛到一間不算小的公司上班， 是在稽核單位， 但是很慘的是我沒有相關的證照、工作經驗... 請問我該怎麼去著手稽核的工作內容呢？ 因為初步來看以我這樣的菜鳥， 公司制度不了解，其他部門工作內容不熟悉， 想要稽核人家？不要被弄死就好了， 但是主管們又要求過年前要制訂出「稽核點」、「稽核獎懲制度」... 這些對我來說都太陌生了！ 請問我該怎麼做、怎麼準備比較好啊？！ 拜託有經驗的前輩們告訴我的準備方向或是該怎麼熬過去這個超級菜鳥階段呢？ 拜託大家幫忙了！ 先叩謝大家了！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.204.133.196
