昨天去面試的時候 我薪資開N沒想到對方直接說N+3 但前提是必須呆滿公司一年 否則未滿一年依照契約你的薪水在這年算N-2 所以你必須歸回公司每個月給你的5K 對方是說因為單位還在草創階段系統上手也需要一段時間 不希望來的人只是來一下就閃 單位背後的老闆應該滿大的所以這單位也暫時應該沒有消失的可能 只要做滿一年之後離職也不會要你賠錢 想請問這樣的契約會有什麼問題嗎? 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.28.81
