向收容人借錢不還 女管理員降級改敘

法務部矯正署桃園女子監獄戒護科的管理員邱麗珠，假借職務之便，於去年9月向在監收容人的朋友借10萬元，後來打電話騙對方已調職，直到遭投訴才還錢；公務員懲戒委員會認為邱女的行為有悖官箴，將邱女降2級改敘。

在此之前，邱麗珠已有於前年向出監收容人借錢不成而遭投訴的紀錄，桃園女監因而將邱女記過1次，沒想到邱女仍然再犯。

邱女此次遭投訴後，桃園女監原記她一大過，邱女即申請退休；但廉政署介入依詐欺、貪汙等罪約談邱女，桃園女監重開考績會，決定將她改移送公懲會懲戒。
