炎洲買重慶南路大樓 改建效益可期

炎洲集團（4306）旗下子公司旺洲建設，今天向財團法人太平洋文化基金會，以總價3.1億元買下台北市中正區重慶南路三段38號大樓。

旺洲建設購置此大樓，除可收取租金，未來改建效益可觀。待後續租約到期，不排除重建規劃成明星學區小坪數住宅出售。此大樓位於中正區精華地段，緊臨重慶南路，往北可達台北車站及各主要政府機關，往南跨越中正橋即達新北市中、永和區，道路系統可及性佳。
