爸爸因為某些因素可以申請殘障手冊 區公所人員說在同戶籍名下的家人可以申請牌照稅減免 由於目前與父親同戶籍的只有媽媽 所以把小弟名下汽車過戶給媽媽 但今天過戶 監理所要求先繳納今年牌照稅與燃料稅 當下沒想太多 就先辦妥了 事後想到一些問題： 1. 稅金是以我的名義繳納了 事後母親再申請退費 但前車主繳的稅金 後車主申請退費 是否會被拒絕? 2. 若是先將我的戶籍遷到和老爸同戶籍 再申請免稅是否比較洽當? 感謝大家的解答!! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.64.168.154
