潘基文將致電普丁表達關切

在俄羅斯的上議會通過對烏克蘭用兵案之後，聯合國安理會目前正在紐約召開緊急會議。潘基文將會致電俄羅斯總統普丁，表達對逐級升高的烏克蘭局勢的嚴重關切。
 
聯合國秘書長的發言人奈瑟斯基（Martin Nesirky）說：「他（潘基文）將會致電（普丁）要求恢復冷靜，各方都要透過直接對話解決當前的危機。」「秘書長想要跟普丁總統直接表達他的關切，同時也直接了解普丁對當前局勢的想法。」（李忠謙／綜合外電報導）
