【動新聞】台鐵斷線誤6萬人　區間車可望退錢

台鐵前天發生史上最嚴重的電車線斷線事故，事故路段停擺24小時，害慘6萬多名旅客，交通部次長兼台鐵局長范植谷昨鞠躬道歉，強調「責任我一人擔」，交通部長葉匡時也在臉書表達歉意，並表示將從寬處理退費。

今日出版的《蘋果》報導，范植谷昨指出，台鐵有7成3的電車線，使用逾30年沒錢更換。台鐵官員說，電車線使用年限約16到20年，現多數都已超限使用14年，目前事故原因以電車線太老舊，導致一勾就斷的機率較大。交通部長葉匡時也在臉書表達歉意，並表示將從寬處理退費、今公布擴大補償方案。據了解，不排區間車和持悠遊卡搭車者，誤點逾45分鐘也能全額退票。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
