白襪隊一壘手Adam Dunn日前被爆出在奧斯卡獎頒獎典禮中出席，同時，他也有在熱門影片「藥命俱樂部」一片中飾演bartender，因為他是該片的出資者之一。

很難想像這位身高近2公尺的棒球員演出這部熱門大片，男主角馬修麥康納還因此拿到奧斯卡金像獎最佳男主角。

獲得奧斯卡肯定，Adam Dunn也被隊友「作弄」，在他的座位前面放了紅地毯、還有獎盃跟紅龍圍住。

其實之前他老兄就曾接受訪問時表示：「整個藥命俱樂部團隊都該獲獎(當然也包括他自己)。」

不過，當問到白襪隊總教練Robin Ventura時，他也表示希望子弟兵去參加頒獎典禮。
