甥舅投資案騙5千萬 詐欺判刑

（中央社記者陳淑芬台中5日電）劉姓女子與舅舅聯手，詐稱澳門經營賭場保證獲利，吸引17人投資、詐財新台幣5000多萬元，台中地院依詐欺等罪將兩人判刑。

台中地院判決書指出，42歲的劉女與她65歲的舅舅，自2004年起利用經濟犯罪上所稱的「龐氏騙局」的詐欺手法，以實際不存在的高額紅利投資計畫，詐騙投資者，操作手法是將後期投資人所繳付的資金，作為前期投資人的盈利，吸引更多的加碼投資及新投資人。

劉女於2004年11月成立公司擔任總經理，對外詐稱舅舅在澳門經營金莎賭場獲利豐厚，無論賭場盈虧每月保證獲利投資金額的5%或10%，至2007年8月，共有17人共投資5000多萬元，被害人被詐騙金額從40萬元到900多萬元不等。

2008年起沒有新的投資者加入，劉女無法再發放紅利，就以賭場經營不善為由，未再依約給付高額紅利，案經投資人發現遭騙，報警偵辦。

台中地院依詐欺取財等罪判處劉女4年6月徒刑、劉女的舅舅判刑6年6月。全案可上訴。1030305
