廉價航空不廉價　額外收費賺飽飽

【綜合報導】顧客分析公司IdeaWorks公布2012年航空公司研究報告，調查53家航空公司，發現去年這些航空公司靠額外收費賺進的營業額，總計高達180億英鎊，約8525億台幣，其中賺最多的是澳洲航空(Qantas Airlines)，從每個乘客身上額外收費平均賺進37元英鎊，約1750元台幣。
 
由於廉航崛起，航空公司不得不削價競爭，也導致原本包含在機票內的餐飲或行李費用，都必須額外付費，從預約座位到列印登機證，也都成為額外收費項目，不過航空公司最大的額外收費來源，則是艙等升級和銷售額外里程數，以及出租汽車和飯店的佣金。
 
在歐洲方面，額外收費賺最多的航空公司，前6名就有4家廉航，第1名到第5名依序是Jet2.com、Virgin Atlantic、Aer Lingus、Flybe、easyJet、Ryanair，也顯示出雖然廉航打出便宜票價攬客，但實際上可是賺很大。

53家航空公司去年靠額外收費總計賺進180億英鎊。
