我女性有偶率 30年來下降3成

行政院最新核定的人口政策白皮書指出，台灣年輕一代的晚婚，婦女有偶率變化非常明顯，不僅越年輕有偶率偏低，各年齡層的有偶率也在逐年下降。以20至24歲女性年齡層為例，30年來，有偶率下降33%。

新版人口政策白皮書指出，國人普遍認同「婚姻內生育」的正當性，一般人的生命歷程安排，多為先結婚後生育。因此，結婚率與有偶人口結構的變化，對生育率的影響就很重要。年輕人口的有偶比率提高，有助提升生育，因此從初婚平均年齡與生育平均年齡，可了解生育狀況。
