寶成擬取得潤成投資控股現增2億股

寶成（9904）今日赴證交所召開重大訊息記者會，執行協理何明坤表示，寶成今日經董事會決議通過參與認購潤成投資控股股份有限公司（潤成投控）現金增資，認購股數200,000,000股，每股認購新台幣10元，合計金額為20億元，累計持股1,171,600,000股，含本次認購後持股比例達20%。
